Welcome to Indulge Natural and Organic Kitchen’s online ordering store. By placing an order through our online ordering system, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Online Ordering
All online orders are subject to availability, minimum order requirements, delivery availability, and the ordering timelines outlined below.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details, including product selections, quantities, pickup or delivery date, pickup or delivery time, contact information, delivery address, and any notes added to the order before submitting payment.
2. Minimum Notice Required
All online food orders require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Same-day and next-day orders are not available through the online store. If the date or time you are looking for is not available, the order may fall outside our required notice period or availability.
For urgent inquiries, please contact us directly. We cannot guarantee that short-notice requests can be accommodated.
3. Pickup and Delivery Date Selection
Customers must select an available pickup or delivery date and time during the checkout process.
Pickup and delivery times are scheduled based on availability and production capacity. While we make every effort to meet the selected time window, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, staffing, kitchen volume, or circumstances outside of our control.
4. Delivery Zones and Delivery Fees
Delivery is only available within our approved delivery zones.
Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location, distance, and/or the delivery zone set within our online ordering system. If an address falls outside our delivery area, delivery may not be available.
Indulge reserves the right to decline, adjust, or cancel delivery requests that fall outside our service area or cannot be reasonably accommodated.
5. Minimum Order Requirements
Certain products, packages, or menu categories may have minimum order quantities or minimum guest counts.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct quantities required for their order. If an item requires a minimum quantity, the order must meet that minimum before it can be fulfilled.
If an order is submitted below the required minimum, Indulge may contact the customer to adjust the order. Additional charges may apply.
6. Product Availability and Substitutions
All menu items are subject to availability.
Indulge makes every effort to provide the items as described; however, ingredients, packaging, and menu items may occasionally need to be substituted due to supplier availability, seasonal changes, product shortages, or quality concerns.
If a substitution is required, we will do our best to provide a comparable replacement. Where possible, we will contact the customer if a significant substitution is needed.
7. Allergy and Dietary Disclaimer
Indulge takes dietary restrictions and allergies seriously; however, our kitchen handles common allergens, including but not limited to gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, sesame, mustard, nuts, peanuts, seafood, and other allergens.
Items marked gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, or with other dietary notations are prepared with care, but we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from cross-contact.
Customers with severe allergies or medical dietary requirements should contact us directly before placing an order. Online orders may not be suitable for all severe allergy requirements.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate allergy and dietary information when placing an order.
8. Order Changes
Requests to change an order must be submitted as soon as possible.
Order changes may include adjustments to quantities, menu items, pickup time, delivery time, delivery address, or dietary notes.
Changes are not guaranteed and are subject to approval, product availability, production scheduling, and the amount of notice provided.
Changes requested within 48 hours of the pickup or delivery date may not be possible.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Because food orders require planning, purchasing, preparation, and staffing, cancellation requests are subject to the following:
• Cancellations requested more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time may be eligible for a refund, less any costs already incurred.
• Cancellations requested within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time may not be eligible for a refund.
• Same-day cancellations, missed pickups, or delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information may not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If Indulge must cancel an order due to availability, production limitations, weather, emergency circumstances, or an issue outside of our control, the customer will be contacted directly and a refund or alternate solution may be offered.
10. Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of placing an online order unless otherwise arranged directly with Indulge.
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed and the order has been received through our online ordering system.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
11. Pricing, Errors, and Website Accuracy
Indulge makes every effort to ensure that online menu descriptions, pricing, product details, delivery fees, and availability are accurate.
However, errors may occasionally occur. Indulge reserves the right to correct errors, update pricing, adjust product details, or cancel an order if incorrect information has been displayed or applied at checkout.
If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer as soon as possible to review the order and available options.
12. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, delivery address, pickup details, phone number, email address, allergy notes, and order instructions.
Indulge is not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or order issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
13. Pickup Orders
Customers are responsible for picking up their order at the selected pickup date and time.
Orders not picked up at the scheduled time may be held for a limited period, but food quality cannot be guaranteed after the scheduled pickup time.
Missed pickups may not be eligible for a refund.
14. Delivery Orders
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled delivery location and time.
If our delivery team cannot access the location, cannot reach the customer, or is provided with incorrect delivery details, the order may be returned to Indulge or considered delivered. Additional delivery fees may apply if a second delivery attempt is requested and available.
