Refund & Cancellation Policy
Indulge requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all online catering orders. Same-day and next-day orders are not available.
All orders become final once they enter the 48-hour production window. Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time are non-refundable.
Cancellations or changes must be requested before the 48-hour production window begins. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method whenever possible, less any processing fees or costs already incurred.
If Indulge is unable to fulfill all or part of an order, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a suitable substitution, credit, or refund for the affected item.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting payment.
